The Team

After leaving a distinguished 15 year career in Law Enforcement and Corrections, I knew very few things about myself outside of wearing a badge. Having lived and breathed this profession for half of my life, I wasn't aware I had any worth outside of the job.

 

"The System" as it is, leaves a lot to be desired for the individual employee, especially after facing a critical incident in the line of duty. Recognition of negative reactions to critical incidents in first responders should be much more important in today's society than it is. I'm determined to address that very issue.
